I haven't felt good at all since the blood test. I've got medicine for my headache. I sued to take them but i stopped. The pain has gone away but the side affects of the medicine were not good at all. The headache came back as soon as i stopped taking the medicine. I still don't get the results of the bloodtest. But i guess i'll need more tests. Because i don't feel at all most of the time.
Today a friend of my mom, my mom and i had a cup of coffe and hot cocoa. My mom had the coffee and the friend and i had the hot cocoa drink. My mom order mine with lactose free milk. The waiter said " naturally" and he will bring us our orders as soon as it will be ready. My order have arrived but with a giant cream on it. I was like " no way". My mom took the cream to her coffe and i drink from my glass anyway. But my stomach started to hurt and i had to go home. I was about to cry. Mostly because i wasn's doing great all day and i can't even sit in a coffee shop ?
But now i feel much better. I hope everything will be fine :)

Try rice or oat milk instead of "lactose free milk"!
VálaszTörlésIt won't hurt your stomach. Maybe it is not available in the coffee shop, but sooner or later people will realize milk is not natural food, unless we are little calves :-)
