Decisions :)

Hi Everyone ! :)

I'm not vanished or something ! :))) Just needed time to think.

I've had a big relapse about a month ago. I've lost my period again. Than...i started to think and made decisiones! : I've decided that I'm going to call my ex - therapist. I'm ready to hear that: " I'm healthy!" :)))

I started to think about myself as a RECOVERED and HEALTHY and a HAPPY young woman ! :) I DON'T want to go back to the begining. And i WON'T! I LOVE my life, my family and my friends. I LOVE my freedom! That i can walk, exercise etc.

I've noticed that i don't feel guilty about eating anymore!! I can drink apple juice without feeling guilty too !!! :) First time in a year !!! :) I'm sooo happy!

I DON'T want to be sick ANYMORE!!! I have my own life now, and i have NO room in my life for ED ! NEVER EVER !!!!
