It's the evening in Hungary and this day was good. More or less. My mood is better now !
Here is what i ate/drink yesterday:

Here is what i ate/drink yesterday:
For breakfast: 2 slice of " Graham bread" with purple onion and mustard. For drink instant coffee.
For lunch: Noodle with mushroom stew. For drink water.
For dinner: Pasta made from wholemeal flour with light sour cream. For drink water.
For snack: " Happy Drink" cocoa drink without sugar.
Any opinion ? :)
Waaaay too little (you know that and are hopefully slowly increasing so I won't say anything further)but MUCH BETTER than NOT eating. I feel like you're progressing?:D I'm proud of you sweetie, hang in there! :)
VálaszTörlésHow about that happy cocoa drink in the morning as well? instead of coffee! And please try to have a snack BETWEEN lunch and dinner and AFTER dinner before going to bed. Trust me!!!

Yes i started to see...but i'm freaking out ! I still see this portion are HUGE ! Not bad idea the morning thing...i should try. Maybe not tomorrow but sooner ! :)

Thanks...I'm okay I guess:S Anyway, worrying about you makes my problems seem tiny and ridiculous;) To be honest, I'm struggling a little with bad thoughts at the moment. Not as strong ones as yours but I guess similar ones. It's just my anxiety and depression showing...I'm working on it! I'm just in a very low mood most of the times...and very anxious about everything...under constant pressure!! But let's see...maybe I'm going inpatients soon, today I almost completed the form for the clinic together with my therapist!
I so wish that you'll get professional help!! With all my heart!

I for my part, I always have some malt-drink popular in Britain called 'Horlicks' - I make it with soymilk, it's really yummy:) I admit, I'm often anxious about it, but I shouldn't be, I couldn't sleep otherwise, I'd be too hungry:S And I've been taking it for several months now and nothing 'bad' has happened;)

Everyda try finishing your meals. Sit until your finished. Dont let yourself walk away until your done.

Have you made a meal plan? That can help. You can write up what you are going to eat everyday for a week. And stick to that. And eat Everything. And try to do something fun each day. So that it doesnt just feel like you are sitting and eating all day.
Or find a new series to watch, or a film or a bok or something? Anything to make your day alittle better.
