Vegetable problems

Hi Everyone  ! :)

I wasn't really good for a few days. So i've started to think about what could the problem be. Do i take walks ? Yes... Do i eat every day ? Yes...So what is missing from my diet ? Do i eat carbs ? Tick. ( yes ) Do i eat diary products ? Trick. Do i have protein? Tick. Do i eat veggies ? Nope... Not really. So that could the problem. I was sad and lost most of my energy. But the problem is that i don't really like veggies... I'm more ok with fruits but veggies...not really. But i found a salad mix in the grocery. There were cabbages onions and carrots in it. So i ate those with low fat yoghurt and with boiled chicken. And i have to admit it, it was good ! :) More like... it was tasty! :) And i started to get my energy back. :) I smile more and i feel better :) So eating vegetables are so important :) Of course eating sweets and chocolates are almost as important ;))))
