National Eating Disorder Awareness Week

Hi Everyone ! :)

How is everybody ?

From 24th February to 2nd March is National Eating Disorder Awarness Week. So i've decided to challenge myself. There are still some food that i don't eat. For example mayonnaise ( i haven't had it for about 3 years ) So i went to the town and bought some splet flour and i made a pancakes. I hesitated: eat it or not ? And then i said i will eat it. Because i haven't had pancakes for about 2 years. So for me it's a big win ! :) The first few bits weren't so good but after it tasted good :)


Today i wanted to eat ice cream. Actually i wanted it for days...so today i went to the grocery and buy some food including ice cream. I stand in front of the fridge for a while and i was like " no...i won't buy it...i don't need it..." and then " i wil buy it! Because I CAN!" So i bought it and i ate it :) Not all of the bottle but i was ok :)

So don't forget you CAN DO whatever you decide. Of course it might look scary for the first time but don't be afraid :) You are worth so much :) You worth every good thing in this life !!! And FOOD IS A VERY GOOD THING !!!! :)
