I can't understand things

Hi Everyone ! I don't know what's going on. In the morning everything was alright. But as day continued my mood went down. So down. Right now i would like to go to sleep ! I am sleepy and feeling tired. Like i've walked miles but of course i don't. Maybe this is the depression itself ? I have a " stepsister" and her great - grandmother died yesterday. Her funeral will be tomorrow. I should go, but i haven't decided yet. I love/loved her so much. We were friends dispite the big age difference. But tomoroww will be cold ( too ). I don't know will i have energy to stand on my feet for a long time. However my father said that my brother will be bring us home almost right after the funeral. So the whole " event" won't be long. I don't really now... Uggghh... i get tired for just eating and sitting. I am not so social...but being home all day long and just eat... I should focus for the positive. I can't understand things... i eat ...

What i ate yesterday

Hi Everyone ! So here is the photo's about what i ate yesterday.: Two slices of bread ( made from Graham flour ) in the bread there was a little purple onion and mustard. For drink instant coffee. Pasta made from wholemeal flour and bolognai souce with a little garlic. For drink water. Snack was an apple. Dinner was noodles. For drink water. I throw away some from every single meal except the apple. What do you think? :)

Sometimes you have to be your own hero !

Hi Everyone ! :) I thought about this sentence: " sometimes you have to be your own hero". Very very true! Just like recovery. Nobody can recover instead of you. Nobody can fight instead of you. Of course they can help you. Your family and friends can be there for you. But you have to do the hardest part. You have to eat, you have fight your own mental battles. That doesn't mean that you are alone. That doesn't mean that you can't reach for help. Because you are not alone and you can and you should ask for help. You don't have to suffer in silence.
