So here it is my eating habbits.:
As i'm an anorexic i have hard habbits. I'm getting tired of them slowly. So let's see.:
- I don't eat everything from my plate. So i never finish a meal. ( except the apples ).
- I don't drink the whole cup of coffee or anything ( ex. water ) in the cup.
- I finish my meal at 2 o'clock for example, and i don't eat the next 2 or 2,5 our later. To tell the truth 3-4 or more hours later most of the time.
- I spent a lot of time with eating: There are days when eating an apple takes me about 1 hour. Not talking about " breakfast". But i try to leave this habbit too.
- If i go to bed at late i don't eat or drink anything ( ex. water ) until. 00:00 am. Not even if i didn't eat anything that day.
- I don't eat butter,margarine ( and a lot more of course). Try to avoid sugar.
- I CAN'T eat in front of anybody !!!!
That's not all. But i had have give up one.:
- I didn't eat before 12:00 pm. So i only ate at afternoon. I gave up that one. ( Sometimes i still do ).
So...what do you think? Am i crazy ? Maybe...XD. But try to leave this addictions !! Any ideas how to do ? Feel free to share it with me ! :)

I think that you have to slowly start breaking these rules. For example: finish your coffee and do the same next day and the day after. I´m sure you´re getting anxiety when you break your rule, but you have to start making baby steps and it´s all for your own good:)

VálaszTörlésJep....step by step:)) You're not crazy, all this very 'normal' in anorexia...I know EXACTLY what you're referring to as most of your habits used to be my exact habits (and some still are).
VálaszTörlésYou made that list - GREAT!! Make a complete one and try to eliminate them from the list in a pace that suits you! Sometimes you might have to push yourself somewhat, in order to go on. I'm already so happy that you ditched 'only eating in the afternoon' yaay!!!:D Breakfast always used to be the easiest meal to eat in a way...and there are so many nice energising healthy breakfast options...you'll see!! Slowly...be easy on yourself, listen to your inner gut feeling...the real one is hidden there somewhere!!
Btw I used to work with such lists - still do!! If you want we can share them, so that you see what is achievable and I, that I get some new input on what to change still:) Some things we may cross off the list together!!:)
