Fear foods or food fear ? DON'T BE AFRAID !!! :)

Hi Everyone !

I have decided to start a " you can do it too" phase in my blog. I will start with fear foods. :)

As almost everyone i have and still have " fear foods". I have made a list of them. And the list wasn't short but very long. Believe me. And when i wrote that list i was said. Because i thought about all those YUMMY FOODS and i know that i was far...so desperetly far from THE REAL LIFE !!!! So i've made that list. Here is a picture about it.:

Those were my "fear foods "

I know that it is in hungarian so i translate it into english.:

Topings.:  - Butter
               - Buttercream
               - Cheese
               - Cheesecream      
               - Jam

Oil, fat

Nuts.: - walnut
          - almond
          - peanut
          - cashew

Fried foods

Fast foods: - Gyros ( in " pita" as well )
                 - Pizza
                 - Burritos
                 - Any foods from ( McDonald's, Manhattan ( same as the McDonald's ) and KFC )

Drinks.: - Milk ( all type of it )
             - Chocolate milk ( cocoa )
             - Coffee latte / coffee with milk /
             - Hot chocolate
             - Shakes

Sweets.: - Chocolate
              - Sugar
              - Honey
              - Biscuits ( all type of it )
              - Wafers ( all type of it )
              - Cereal
              - " Túró Rudi" / hungarian sweet: cottage cheese covered in chocolate /
              - Kinder Milk - Slice
              - Pudding ( all type of it )
              - Croissiant ( all type of it )
              - Cookies

Bakery products.: - Mini cakes ( all type of it )
                          - Waffles
                          - Cocoa Snail
                          - Cheesecake
                          - Cookies filled with cottage cheese
                          - White bread

Anything else.: - White flour
                      - Fat
                      - "Full fat" foods
                      - High calorie dense foods
                      - Big portions
                      - Banana
                      - Sugary drinks ( for example.: cola,pepsi,fanta,sprite etc.)
                      - Milk Rice
                      - Semolina Pudding
                      - Pasta with Semolina  
                      - Cream ( i mean butterfat/skimmings )
                      - Mayonnaise

Those were it. I proudly can say that almost all gone for today!!! :)  Only two left.: One is the mayonnaise.: I haven't eat mayo since almost a year from now. And the second is oil.: But to be perfectly honest my stomach can't stand any oil anymore. Not even the olive oil. Well...i'm still afraid some of those foods but i eat them. Except mayo and oil. I try to avoid fat as well. My mum boil the foods for me. Not fry.  :)

See... i had soooo many "fear foods". Today i eat a lot of them. Still afraid of them ? Yes...sometimes. Still feel guilt when eat them ? Sometimes at the begining of the meals. BUT I GET OVER IT !!! Because I KNOW WHAT I WANT !!!! I KNOW MY TARGETS !!! :) EVERYTIME I EAT I CHOOSE THE LIFE !!!! 

CHOOSE THE LIFE !!! INSTEAD OF AGONY !!! Because living in the prison of ED, of anorexia IS NOT THE REAL LIFE !!! CHOOSE THE REAL LIFE !!!! SAY YES TO REAL LIFE !!!!!!

Sometimes it is okay, very very okay to not feel okay. Accepting and admiting it is a good thing. Because you face it and by that you can handle it !!!! :) Everyone or at least a lot of people has ups and downs. So do i. And yes...EVERYDAY IS A FIGHT !!!! But IT IS WORTH IT !!!!!! So so so soooo much !!!!!!! YOU ARE WORTH IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) NEVER EVER FORGET THAT !!!!!!! :)
